  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
  2. 2. Trim the ends of the radishes and cut them into quarters.
  3. 3. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  4. 4. Wash the salad greens and dry them thoroughly in a salad spinner.
  5. 5. Peel the apple and remove the core.
  6. 6. Cut the apple into wedges.
  7. 7. Rinse the parsley and shake off excess water.
  8. 8. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  9. 9. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  10. 10. Roughly chop the hazelnuts.
  11. 11. Bring about 2 liters of water with salt to a boil in a pot.
  12. 12. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  13. 13. Toast the hazelnuts in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes without additional fat.
  14. 14. Add the dumplings to the boiling salted water.
  15. 15. Do not let the water boil vigorously anymore.
  16. 16. Let the dumplings steep over low heat for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  17. 17. Put the chopped parsley into a bowl.
  18. 18. Add vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar to the parsley.
  19. 19. Mix the ingredients to form a dressing.
  20. 20. Put the radishes, cherry tomatoes, and salad greens into a separate bowl.
  21. 21. Gently toss the vegetables with the dressing.
  22. 22. Remove the dumplings from the water.
  23. 23. Let the dumplings drain briefly.
  24. 24. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  25. 25. Fry the dumplings for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  26. 26. Add the apple wedges during the last 2 minutes of frying time.
  27. 27. Plate the salad onto serving dishes.
  28. 28. Place the fried dumplings and apple wedges on top of the salad.
  29. 29. Sprinkle the dish with the toasted hazelnuts.
  30. 30. Serve the salad immediately.
