  3. 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the inside.
  4. 4. Cut the bell pepper halves into thin strips.
  5. 5. Cut the strips diagonally into small diamond shapes.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  8. 8. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
  9. 9. Spin-dry the lettuce.
  10. 10. Heat a pan without fat on medium heat.
  11. 11. Toast the sunflower seeds for about 2 minutes.
  12. 12. Put vinegar, paprika powder, salt, pepper, and sugar into a bowl.
  13. 13. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  14. 14. Let the oil flow slowly into the bowl while stirring.
