Ingredients
- pepper, red 2 pcs.
- pepper, yellow 2 pcs.
- cherry tomatoes 200 g
- salad mix 60 g
- sunflower seeds 30 g
- balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp
- pepper, sweet 0.5 tsp
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- brown sugar 1 tsp
- olive oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the bell peppers thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the bell peppers in half.
- 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the inside.
- 4. Cut the bell pepper halves into thin strips.
- 5. Cut the strips diagonally into small diamond shapes.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes.
- 7. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 8. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
- 9. Spin-dry the lettuce.
- 10. Heat a pan without fat on medium heat.
- 11. Toast the sunflower seeds for about 2 minutes.
- 12. Put vinegar, paprika powder, salt, pepper, and sugar into a bowl.
- 13. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
- 14. Let the oil flow slowly into the bowl while stirring.
- 15. Mix the dressing well with the pepper and tomato pieces.
- 16. Add the washed lettuce and gently fold everything together.
- 17. Plate the salad and serve it.
