  1. 1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, and ketchup, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Wash the carrots thoroughly, peel them, and grate them coarsely. Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and dice it. Wash the tomatoes and dice them as well. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves, wash them, dry them well, and cut out the central rib.
  3. 3. To serve, place a lettuce leaf with some poultry cold cuts, spread the ketchup-cream cheese mixture on top, and evenly distribute the vegetables. Carefully roll up the leaves, tucking in the sides slightly, and secure with wooden skewers. Enjoy your meal!
