  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). Wash the cauliflower, remove the core, and divide it into small florets. Bring about 2 l of salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the cauliflower in it for about 5 minutes. Then let it drain.
  2. 2. Heat about 3 l of salted water in another pot. Cook the kritharaki in the boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Then drain them as well.
  3. 3. In the meantime, wash the chili peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and dice them finely. Slice the cabanossi. Mix the cabanossi, the pepper pieces, and the cauliflower in a baking dish, season everything with salt and pepper, and bake it for about 10 minutes in the oven.
  4. 4. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely. Mix the kritharaki in the pot with butter and cream cheese. Fold in the parsley and season everything with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven. Mix the cauliflower and the cabanossi again briefly, distribute everything on plates, and serve the kritharaki alongside. Serve the dish.
