  1. 1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the egg and the butter.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough using your hands.
  4. 4. Shape the dough into a ball.
  5. 5. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  6. 6. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 12 hours.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  8. 8. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  9. 9. Roll out the dough on the floured surface.
  10. 10. Cut out egg shapes from the dough.
  11. 11. Place the dough shapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  12. 12. Make sure the cookies have some space between them.
  13. 13. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
  15. 15. Let the cookies cool down completely.
  16. 16. Chop the chocolate coating roughly.
  17. 17. Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler.
  18. 18. Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled cookies.
