🥤 Colorful Nice Cream Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- bananas 4 pcs.
- raspberries, fresh 125 g
- blueberries, fresh 125 g
- soft dates, dried and pitted 6 pcs.
- cashew nuts 200 g
- almond drink 500 ml
- oat flakes, fine 2 tbsp
- chia seeds 4 tbsp
- almonds, whole 30 g
- coconut flakes 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the bananas by freezing them for at least four hours or overnight.
- 2. Wash the raspberries and blueberries in a sieve and let them drain well.
- 3. Place the dates, frozen bananas, cashew nuts, almond milk, and oat flakes into a tall container.
- 4. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until you have a fine, very thick mixture.
- 5. If the mixture is too thick, stir in a little more almond milk gradually until you reach the desired consistency.
- 6. Roughly chop the almonds.
- 7. Divide the nice cream mixture evenly among four bowls.
- 8. Sprinkle each bowl with one-quarter of the raspberries, blueberries, chia seeds, and chopped almonds.
- 9. Finally, add some coconut flakes and serve the bowls immediately.
