🍳 Colorful Guacamole

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 1 pc.
- Pepper, red 1 pc.
- Spring onions 0.5 bunch
- Avocado 2 pc.
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Flatbread 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the hard stem from the top of the tomatoes.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly as well.
- 5. Cut the bell pepper in half through the center.
- 6. Remove the stems and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 7. Cut the deseeded bell pepper into cubes.
- 8. Clean the spring onions of any dirt.
- 9. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rings.
- 10. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
- 11. Remove the large pit from the avocado half.
- 12. Carefully scoop out the soft flesh of the avocado with a spoon.
- 13. Wash the lime under running water.
- 14. Cut the lime in half through the center.
- 15. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 16. Place the avocado flesh into a bowl.
- 17. Add two teaspoons of lime juice.
- 18. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 19. Mash everything together with a fork until creamy.
- 20. Fold in the diced bell pepper into the avocado mixture.
- 21. Fold in the sliced spring onions into the mixture.
- 22. Taste the guacamole and adjust with additional lime juice if needed.
- 23. Taste the guacamole and adjust with additional salt if needed.
- 24. Tear the bread into coarse, irregular pieces.
- 25. Arrange the bread pieces on a plate.
- 26. Serve the colorful guacamole alongside.
