Ingredients
- Mini roast sausages 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes 300 g
- Roasting peppers, green, grill and bake 200 g
- Onions, red 5 pcs.
- Roast sausages 500 g
- Corn cobs, cooked 1 pc.
- Berner sausages 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill.
- 2. Thread the mini bratwursts and cherry tomatoes alternately onto the skewers.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 4. Halve the onions and remove the outer skin.
- 5. Cut the onions into wedges.
- 6. Cut the bratwursts into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Thread the meat pieces, onion wedges, and peppers alternately onto the skewers.
- 8. Halve the corn lengthwise.
- 9. Cut the corn into smaller pieces.
- 10. Quarter the Berner sausages.
- 11. Distribute the sausage quarters and corn pieces onto the skewers.
- 12. Grill the sausage skewers on the preheated grill for about 10 minutes until crispy.
