Ingredients
- salmon fillet, frozen 600 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
- bulgur salad 800 g
Instructions
- 1. Let the salmon fillet thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Rinse the fillet under running water.
- 3. Pat the salmon completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Season the fillet evenly with salt and pepper.
- 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 6. Place the salmon fillet in the hot pan.
- 7. Fry the salmon for about 2 to 3 minutes on the first side.
- 8. Turn the fillet and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes on the other side.
- 9. Remove the salmon from the pan.
- 10. Plate the finished bulgur salad.
- 11. Place the fried salmon on top of the salad.
- 12. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy your meal!
