  3. 3. Cut the fillets into thin strips.
  4. 4. Place the chicken strips into a bowl.

  6. 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Mix everything well so that the meat is evenly seasoned.
  8. 8. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  9. 9. Fry the chicken strips in it for approx. 4 to 5 minutes until crispy.
