🍽️ Crispy Chicken on Bulgur Salad

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets 600 g
- oil 3 tbsp
- bell pepper 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- bulgur salad 800 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the fillets into thin strips.
- 4. Place the chicken strips into a bowl.
- 5. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and paprika powder.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 7. Mix everything well so that the meat is evenly seasoned.
- 8. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 9. Fry the chicken strips in it for approx. 4 to 5 minutes until crispy.
- 10. Plate the finished bulgur salad.
- 11. Place the fried chicken strips on top.
- 12. Serve the dish immediately.
