Ingredients
- Bulgur 300 g
- Salt pinch
- Water 700 ml
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse bulgur in a sieve under running water. Bring salted water to a boil in a pot over medium heat, add the bulgur, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Remove the pot from heat and let the bulgur sit for another 5 minutes to absorb. Stir in butter and olive oil. Serve with your choice of side dishes.
