  1. 1. Prepare 4 large glasses. Shape 4 pieces of baking paper into small bags and place them in the glasses.
  2. 2. Beat the butter in a bowl with a hand mixer until creamy. Gradually add 70 g sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt, and mix everything well.
  3. 3. Beat the eggs and gradually add them to the butter-sugar mixture while stirring constantly. Then mix in the flour, baking powder, and buttermilk until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a little more buttermilk.
  4. 4. Preheat the bubble waffle iron and grease it. Distribute one ladle of batter into the mold and bake the waffles for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Carefully remove them from the iron, shape them, and let them cool in the prepared glasses.
  5. 5. Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, and halve or quarter them depending on their size. Whip the cream in a tall container with a hand mixer until stiff. Wash the mint, shake it dry, and pluck off the leaves.
  6. 6. Fill the bubble waffles with whipped cream, add the strawberries, and place a spoonful of vanilla ice cream on top. Garnish the waffle bag with chocolate sauce, mint, and chocolate sprinkles, and serve it.
