  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Slice the baguette into pieces about 1.5 centimeters thick.
  3. 3. Peel a clove of garlic and cut it in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Place the baguette slices flat on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Rub the surface of the slices vigorously with the cut sides of the garlic halves.
  6. 6. Place the tray in the oven and bake the slices for 5 to 6 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove the slices when they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. 8. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water.
  9. 9. Remove the hard green stem from the top of the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  11. 11. Rinse the fresh basil leaves under cold water.
  12. 12. Carefully pluck the leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Chop the basil leaves finely.
  14. 14. Take the feta cheese and crumble it into coarse pieces using your hands.
  15. 15. Add the tomato cubes, the crumbled feta, and the chopped basil into a bowl.
  16. 16. Drizzle some olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar over the mixture.
  17. 17. Season everything with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
  18. 18. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  19. 19. Distribute the tomato mixture evenly over the crispy baguette slices.
  20. 20. Serve the bruschetta immediately and enjoy.
