🍽️ Crispy Bruschetta with Fresh Tomatoes and Feta

Ingredients
- Baguette 1 pc
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Bush tomatoes 4 pcs
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Feta 100 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 10 ml
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Slice the baguette into pieces about 1.5 centimeters thick.
- 3. Peel a clove of garlic and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 4. Place the baguette slices flat on a baking sheet.
- 5. Rub the surface of the slices vigorously with the cut sides of the garlic halves.
- 6. Place the tray in the oven and bake the slices for 5 to 6 minutes.
- 7. Remove the slices when they are golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water.
- 9. Remove the hard green stem from the top of the tomatoes.
- 10. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 11. Rinse the fresh basil leaves under cold water.
- 12. Carefully pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 13. Chop the basil leaves finely.
- 14. Take the feta cheese and crumble it into coarse pieces using your hands.
- 15. Add the tomato cubes, the crumbled feta, and the chopped basil into a bowl.
- 16. Drizzle some olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar over the mixture.
- 17. Season everything with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 18. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 19. Distribute the tomato mixture evenly over the crispy baguette slices.
- 20. Serve the bruschetta immediately and enjoy.
