🍽️ Fig and Mozzarella Bruschetta with Olives

Ingredients
- Mozzarella 1 pc
- Olives, black 40 g
- Figs 3 pcs
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Baguette 1 pc
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Take the mozzarella and olives out of the package.
- 2. Let them drain well in a sieve.
- 3. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- 4. Cut the olives into small pieces as well.
- 5. Wash the figs thoroughly under running water.
- 6. Cut the figs into small cubes.
- 7. Wash the basil leaves under cold water.
- 8. Shake the basil dry.
- 9. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 10. Chop the basil leaves finely.
- 11. Take a large bowl.
- 12. Put the diced figs into the bowl.
- 13. Add the diced mozzarella pieces.
- 14. Add the chopped olives.
- 15. Add the chopped basil leaves.
- 16. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 17. Add some vinegar.
- 18. Salt the mixture to taste.
- 19. Pepper the mixture to taste.
- 20. Preheat a toaster or oven.
- 21. Toast the bread slices lightly.
- 22. Take a clove of garlic.
- 23. Peel the garlic clove.
- 24. Cut the garlic clove in half.
- 25. Rub the toasted bread slices with the cut side of the garlic.
- 26. Drizzle some oil onto the rubbed bread slices.
- 27. Put the fig and mozzarella mixture onto the bread slices.
- 28. Serve the finished bruschettas.
