  1. 1. Tear the Serrano ham into small pieces. If needed, wipe the mushrooms with a kitchen cloth and quarter them. Wash the rosemary thoroughly, shake it dry, remove the needles from the stems, and chop finely.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over high heat, sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes, and add the rosemary for about 1 minute. Season the mushroom mixture with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar, then remove from heat.
  3. 3. Slice the rolls in half and toast them for about 2 minutes in a toaster. Cut the garlic in half, peel it, and rub the cut sides of the rolls with it. Top the bruschetta with the marinated mushrooms and Serrano ham, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Enjoy!
