Ingredients
- bittersweet chocolate couverture 200 g
- white chocolate couverture 200 g
- salt pretzels 10 pcs
- chocolate lentils 4 tbsp
- bittersweet chocolate sprinkles 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Fill two pots with about 500 milliliters of water each and bring the water to a boil.
- 2. Roughly chop the white chocolate coating and the dark chocolate coating.
- 3. Place the chopped chocolate pieces into two separate bowls.
- 4. Place the bowls into the pots with the boiling water so that the chocolate melts in a water bath.
- 5. Remove the bowls from the water bath once the chocolate is melted.
- 6. Let the melted chocolate cool down briefly.
- 7. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
- 8. Pour the white and dark chocolate into the prepared dish as you like.
- 9. Use a toothpick to create patterns in the liquid chocolate.
- 10. Decorate the chocolate with salt pretzels, chocolate lentils, and chocolate sprinkles.
- 11. Let the chocolate cool down completely.
- 12. Break the cooled chocolate into small pieces.
