Ingredients
- chocolate, dark 400 g
- butter 200 g
- coffee 6 g
- powdered sugar 200 g
- salt pinch
- eggs 3 pcs.
- wheat flour, Type 405 75 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- cocoa powder 30 g
- chocolate, white 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Bring about 500 ml of water to a boil in a pot. Chop the chocolate coarsely and let it melt together with the butter in a bowl over a water bath. Prepare the espresso with 50 ml of boiling water and let it cool.
- 2. Mix 200 g of powdered sugar, salt, and eggs in a bowl with a hand mixer and beat until thick and creamy. Add the melted chocolate butter and the espresso. Mix flour, baking powder, and 25 g of cocoa and stir it in briefly. Chop the white chocolate and fold it into the batter.
- 3. Distribute the batter evenly into a pan lined with baking paper and bake it in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until the surface is firm but the inside remains soft.
- 4. Let the brownies cool in the pan and cut them into cubes. Mix the remaining powdered sugar with cocoa, dust the brownies with it, and serve them. Enjoy!
