Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- sugar 200 g
- cocoa powder 75 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- eggs 2 pcs
- wheat flour, Type 405 60 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Place the soft butter pieces, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar into the mixing container.
- 3. Place the measuring cup on top and heat the mixture for 5 minutes at 90 degrees on speed 1.
- 4. Remove the measuring cup and attach the whisking accessory.
- 5. Whisk the mixture for 2 minutes on speed 4.
- 6. Add the eggs one by one through the opening in the lid.
- 7. Stir in the flour and baking powder spoonful by spoonful.
- 8. Grease a baking pan and line it with baking paper.
- 9. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- 10. Bake the brownies for about 25 minutes in the hot oven.
- 11. Let the brownies cool down completely in the pan.
- 12. Cut the cooled brownies into individual pieces.
