🍰 Christmas Tree Made of Brownie Pieces

Ingredients
- Chocolate, dark 500 g
- butter 400 g
- Brown sugar 500 g
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 400 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Cocoa powder 50 g
- Salt pinch
- Coffee, instant 1 tsp
- Pistachio cream 190 g
- Pistachios 25 g
- Soft gingerbread balls 188 g
- Macarons 8 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan (convection).
- 2. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 3. Cut the butter into large cubes.
- 4. Bring about 2 liters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 5. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
- 6. Place a metal bowl containing the chocolate and butter over the pot, ensuring it does not touch the water.
- 7. Melt the chocolate and butter using a bain-marie (water bath) until liquid.
- 8. Remove the bowl from the pot and set it aside.
- 9. Take a separate large bowl.
- 10. Add the sugar and eggs to this bowl.
- 11. Whisk the mixture with a hand mixer until it is airy.
- 12. Pour the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar mixture.
- 13. Stir everything together until you have a smooth batter.
- 14. Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder, and salt directly into the bowl.
- 15. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until you have a uniform dough.
- 16. Grease a large baking dish well.
- 17. Spread the batter into the prepared dish.
- 18. Bake the brownie for about 25 minutes in the oven.
- 19. Let the baked brownie cool down completely.
- 20. Cut the cooled brownie into squares with a side length of 4 centimeters.
- 21. Stack the brownie squares on a flat plate in the shape of a Christmas tree.
- 22. Fill the pistachio cream into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
- 23. Pipe dots of pistachio cream onto the brownie squares.
- 24. Distribute honey cookies and macarons on the brownie tree.
- 25. Sprinkle the whole thing with chopped pistachios.
