  7. 7. Whisk the sugar, brown sugar, flaxseed mixture, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  8. 8. Combine the flour with salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, and chocolate chips.
  9. 9. Gently fold the dry mixture into the chocolate butter.
