Ingredients
- whole wheat toast 12 slices
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- apricots, fresh 1 pc.
- cream cheese, plain 6 tbsp
- cress bed 1 pc.
- apricot jam 6 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
- 2. Cut out round circles from the toast slices.
- 3. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly under running water.
- 4. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 5. Cut the bell pepper flesh into coarse cubes.
- 6. Peel the carrots.
- 7. Optionally split the carrots lengthwise into two halves.
- 8. Slice the carrots into round slices or half-moons.
- 9. Wash the blueberries.
- 10. Let the blueberries drain well.
- 11. Wash the apricot.
- 12. Halve the apricot.
- 13. Remove the pit from the apricot.
- 14. Cut the apricot into wedges.
- 15. Spread cream cheese on all toast circles.
- 16. Set aside half of the toast circles.
- 17. Place cucumber slices on the remaining toast circles.
- 18. Distribute the bell pepper cubes on the toast slices.
- 19. Place the carrot slices on the toast slices.
- 20. Garnish the toast slices with cress.
- 21. Arrange them to form funny faces.
- 22. Take the other toast circles.
- 23. Place the apricot wedges on the toast slices.
- 24. Spread apricot jam on the toast slices.
- 25. Place the blueberries on the toast slices.
- 26. Arrange them to form sweet faces.
