🍽️ Bread Salad with Pretzel Buns and Mountain Cheese

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Cucumbers 0.5 pc.
- Radishes 1 bunch
- Alpine cheese sliced 200 g
- Salad mix 50 g
- Pretzel rolls 4 pc.
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Sweet mustard 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Rinse the cucumber and slice it thinly. Also wash the radishes, remove the leaves, and slice them thinly. Cut the mountain cheese into cubes. Wash the lettuce and let it drain in a sieve.
- 2. Cut the pretzel buns into large cubes. Melt butter in a pan over high heat, add the buns, and toast them at medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. In a bowl, mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar and sweet mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Add all the ingredients for the dressing to the bowl, mix well, and serve the bread salad with the pretzel buns immediately.

Tip: Instead of pretzel buns, you can also use pretzels or pretzel sticks.
