Ingredients
- cream cheese, plain 8 tbsp
- tomato paste 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, white ground pinch
- sugar pinch
- toast bread 8 slices
- chicken breast sliced 100 g
- Gouda sliced 4 slices
- parsley, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Mix cream cheese and tomato paste in a bowl.
- 2. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 3. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
- 4. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto the slices.
- 5. Place chicken breast and cheese slices on top.
- 6. Tightly roll the breads in plastic wrap.
- 7. Let the rolls rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 8. Wash and dry the parsley.
- 9. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 10. Chop the leaves finely.
- 11. Remove the plastic wrap from the rolls.
- 12. Cut the rolls into 2 to 3 centimeter wide pieces.
- 13. Garnish the plated rolls with the chopped parsley.
