  2. 2. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
  3. 3. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
  4. 4. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto the slices.
  5. 5. Place chicken breast and cheese slices on top.
  6. 6. Tightly roll the breads in plastic wrap.
  7. 7. Let the rolls rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Wash and dry the parsley.
  9. 9. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Chop the leaves finely.
  11. 11. Remove the plastic wrap from the rolls.
  12. 12. Cut the rolls into 2 to 3 centimeter wide pieces.
  13. 13. Garnish the plated rolls with the chopped parsley.
