🍳 Bread with Curd Cheese

Ingredients
- yellow bell pepper 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 100 g
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- chives, fresh 10 g
- corn from the can 2 tbsp
- grainy cream cheese 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rye wholemeal bread, sliced 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly, halve it, remove the seeds and the core, and cut into strips. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Clean the herbs, pat dry, remove coarse stems, and chop finely. Drain the corn in a sieve.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the grainy cream cheese with the drained corn and the chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bread slices. Top with bell pepper and tomatoes, and serve the breads with grainy cream cheese. Enjoy your meal!
