Ingredients
- Radishes 200 g
- Spring onions 0.5 bunch
- Fresh cheese, plain 300 g
- Sour cream 100 g
- Cream horseradish 1 tbsp
- Trout fillet, smoked 125 g
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radishes thoroughly, remove the leaves and roots, and dice them finely. Rinse the spring onions, pat them dry, trim off the root ends, and slice them into thin rings.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the fresh cheese, sour cream, horseradish, radishes, and spring onions well. Flake the trout into pieces, fold it into the mixture, and season the spread with salt. Enjoy with bread or rolls. Bon appétit!
