Ingredients
- Cucumbers 0.5 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes 100 g
- Rye whole wheat bread, sliced 8 slices
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Alpine cheese sliced 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 3. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 4. Spread butter on the bread slices.
- 5. Top half of the bread slices with cheese.
- 6. Place the cucumber slices on the cheese-topped bread.
- 7. Cover each topped slice with another whole wheat bread slice.
- 8. Cut each cheese-cucumber-bread sandwich into four small pieces.
- 9. Thread a piece of bread and a cherry tomato onto a skewer, alternating between them.
- 10. Seal the bread skewer airtight or serve it immediately.
