Ingredients
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Vegan spread - Papaya-Mango-Curry 180 g
- Mixed-grain bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tomato under running water.
- 2. Remove the hard green stem from the top of the tomato.
- 3. Slice the tomato into even rounds.
- 4. Take the vegan curry spread and spread it evenly onto the bread slices.
- 5. Place the tomato slices on top of the spread bread slices.
- 6. Serve the finished bread bites immediately.
