Ingredients
- Smoked salmon 250 g
- Dill, fresh 20 g
- Shallots 1 pc.
- Capers 1 tsp
- Yogurt, plain 300 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Crusty bread 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Tear the salmon into rough pieces. Wash the dill, dry it, remove the thick stems, and chop finely. Halve the shallot, peel it, and dice it finely. Drain the capers and chop them as well.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the salmon with dill, shallot, capers, and yogurt thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the crusty bread, spread as desired, and serve.
