Ingredients
- Cherry Tomatoes Mix 100 g
- Basil, fresh 5 g
- Country-style mild bread 4 slices
- Cream cheese, grainy 4 tbsp
- Pesto Rosso 4 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cherry tomatoes under running water.
- 2. Slice the washed cherry tomatoes into very thin slices.
- 3. Also wash the fresh basil under running water.
- 4. Shake the wet basil dry to remove excess water.
- 5. Carefully pluck the green leaves off the tough stems.
- 6. Spread each piece of bread evenly with one tablespoon of curd cheese.
- 7. Distribute one teaspoon of red pesto evenly over the curd cheese layer.
- 8. Place the thin tomato slices decoratively on the spread bread.
- 9. Garnish the sandwich with the freshly plucked basil leaves.
- 10. Season the finished sandwich to taste with salt and pepper.
