  1. 1. Wash the cress thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Shake the cress dry so that no water droplets remain on it.
  3. 3. Trim off the bottom ends of the cress stems.
  4. 4. Wash the radishes thoroughly as well.
  5. 5. Remove the hard ends from the radishes.
  6. 6. Slice the radishes into very thin, fine slices.
  7. 7. Take the bread slices in hand.
  8. 8. Spread each bread slice evenly with one tablespoon of grainy cream cheese.
  9. 9. Spread one teaspoon of green pesto over the cream cheese layer on each slice.
  10. 10. Place the thin radish slices decoratively on top of the prepared breads.
  11. 11. Add the fresh cress as a topping on the breads.
  12. 12. Serve the finished breads immediately and enjoy your snack.
