🍳 Crunchy Toast with Cream Cheese, Green Pesto, and Radishes

Ingredients
- Watercress 0.25 pcs
- Radishes 0.25 bunch
- Rye bread 4 slices
- Cream cheese, grainy 4 tbsp
- Pesto alla Genovese 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cress thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Shake the cress dry so that no water droplets remain on it.
- 3. Trim off the bottom ends of the cress stems.
- 4. Wash the radishes thoroughly as well.
- 5. Remove the hard ends from the radishes.
- 6. Slice the radishes into very thin, fine slices.
- 7. Take the bread slices in hand.
- 8. Spread each bread slice evenly with one tablespoon of grainy cream cheese.
- 9. Spread one teaspoon of green pesto over the cream cheese layer on each slice.
- 10. Place the thin radish slices decoratively on top of the prepared breads.
- 11. Add the fresh cress as a topping on the breads.
- 12. Serve the finished breads immediately and enjoy your snack.
