🍰 Crispy Blackberry Apple Crumble with Chocolate Topping

Ingredients
- flour, Type 405 220 g
- cocoa powder 30 g
- butter 125 g
- sugar 125 g
- salt pinch
- tonka bean paste 1 tsp
- blackberries, fresh 250 g
- apples, red 250 g
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Put the flour and cocoa powder into a bowl.
- 3. Add the cold butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, and tonka bean paste.
- 4. Knead the ingredients together with your hands until you have crumbly toppings.
- 5. Press the crumbs together briefly with your hands at the end.
- 6. Put the chocolate crumbs in the fridge for later use.
- 7. Rinse the blackberries under running water.
- 8. Also wash the apples thoroughly.
- 9. Place the washed blackberries into a suitable baking dish.
- 10. Core the apples and cut them into coarse cubes.
- 11. Add the apple cubes to the blackberries in the dish.
- 12. Pour the lemon juice over the fruit and mix everything well.
- 13. Take the crumbs out of the fridge.
- 14. Distribute the crumbs evenly over the fruit in the dish.
- 15. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 16. Bake the crumble for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- 17. Take the crumble out of the oven.
- 18. Serve the dessert while it is still warm.
