  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Put the flour and cocoa powder into a bowl.
  3. 3. Add the cold butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, and tonka bean paste.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients together with your hands until you have crumbly toppings.
  5. 5. Press the crumbs together briefly with your hands at the end.
  6. 6. Put the chocolate crumbs in the fridge for later use.
  7. 7. Rinse the blackberries under running water.
  8. 8. Also wash the apples thoroughly.
  9. 9. Place the washed blackberries into a suitable baking dish.
  10. 10. Core the apples and cut them into coarse cubes.
  11. 11. Add the apple cubes to the blackberries in the dish.
  12. 12. Pour the lemon juice over the fruit and mix everything well.
