  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the broccoli under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the broccoli into very small florets.
  3. 3. If there are stems, peel them and cut them into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper halves.
  6. 6. Dice the deseeded bell pepper pieces finely.
  7. 7. Cut the onion in half and peel it.
  8. 8. Dice the onion finely.
  9. 9. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  10. 10. Add the prepared vegetables to the pan.
  11. 11. Lightly roast the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
  12. 12. Take a separate bowl.
  13. 13. Mix olive oil, honey, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in the bowl.
  14. 14. Add the warm vegetables to the bowl with the dressing.
  15. 15. Toss the vegetables thoroughly with the dressing.
  16. 16. Adjust the seasoning of the dressing to your taste.
  17. 17. Serve the salad on plates.
