🍽️ Crunchy Broccoli and Bell Pepper Salad

Ingredients
- broccoli 600 g
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- onions, red 1 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- honey 1 tbsp
- mustard 1 tbsp
- vinegar 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the broccoli under running water.
- 2. Cut the broccoli into very small florets.
- 3. If there are stems, peel them and cut them into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
- 5. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper halves.
- 6. Dice the deseeded bell pepper pieces finely.
- 7. Cut the onion in half and peel it.
- 8. Dice the onion finely.
- 9. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 10. Add the prepared vegetables to the pan.
- 11. Lightly roast the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
- 12. Take a separate bowl.
- 13. Mix olive oil, honey, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in the bowl.
- 14. Add the warm vegetables to the bowl with the dressing.
- 15. Toss the vegetables thoroughly with the dressing.
- 16. Adjust the seasoning of the dressing to your taste.
- 17. Serve the salad on plates.
