🍽️ Crunchy Broccoli and Nectarine Salad

Ingredients
- broccoli 500 g
- nectarine 200 g
- walnut kernels 50 g
- raspberry vinegar 30 ml
- olive oil 40 ml
- agave syrup 10 g
- mustard 20 g
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground 0.5 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the broccoli under running water.
- 2. Dry the broccoli with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Remove the tough stems and break the broccoli into small florets.
- 4. Weigh out 300 grams of the broccoli florets.
- 5. Place the weighed broccoli florets into your appliance's mixing container.
- 6. Also wash the nectarines thoroughly.
- 7. Cut the nectarines into four equal quarters.
- 8. Remove the pits from the nectarine quarters.
- 9. Add the pitted nectarine pieces to the same mixing container.
- 10. Add the walnut kernels and all remaining ingredients to the mixing container.
- 11. Place the measuring cup onto the mixing container.
- 12. Chop the ingredients for 8 seconds on speed level 5.
- 13. Check the consistency of the salad.
- 14. If the pieces are still too large, repeat the process for another 5 seconds on speed level 5.
- 15. Serve the salad and enjoy your meal!
