Ingredients
- Broccoli 600 g
- Pepper, red 1 pcs
- Pine nuts 5 tbsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 3 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1.5 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Wash the bell pepper, quarter it, and remove the stem and seeds.
- 2. In a blender, combine the broccoli florets, bell pepper, pine nuts, oil, vinegar, honey, and mustard for 8 seconds on speed 5. If necessary, repeat this for 5 seconds on speed 5 and season with salt and pepper.
