  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the broccoli thoroughly, divide it into florets, and dice the stalk. Halve the onions, peel them, and chop coarsely.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the onions and broccoli for about 5 minutes. If needed, stir in the broth and add it to the vegetables. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Bake the baguette in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove some broccoli florets from the pot and purée the remaining soup until smooth. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Return the broccoli florets to the soup.
  4. 4. Carefully take the baguette out of the oven and slice it. If necessary, tear the salmon into pieces and arrange it on plates. Pour the soup over it and serve with the baguette. Enjoy your meal!
