  1. 1. Add the beer gradually to a bowl and whisk it with about 150 grams of flour until you have a smooth batter.
  2. 2. Season the batter with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Place the remaining flour on a plate.
  4. 4. Put the parmesan and a pinch of salt and pepper into a deep plate.
  5. 5. Wash the broccoli and remove the tough stalk.
  6. 6. Cut the broccoli into florets about 2 centimeters in size.
  7. 7. Heat about 2 centimeters of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  8. 8. Coat the broccoli florets one by one first in the parmesan, then in the flour, and finally in the beer batter.
  9. 9. Let the breaded florets drain briefly.
  10. 10. Fry the broccoli poppers in the hot oil for about 2 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Place the finished poppers on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
