🍝 Broccoli Pasta with Feta

Ingredients
- Salt Pinch
- Broccoli 1 pc.
- Penne Rigate 500 g
- Walnut kernels 3 tbsp
- Feta 250 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Chili, ground Pinch
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil. Wash the broccoli thoroughly and break it into small florets. Add the penne to the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until al dente. After about 5 minutes, add the broccoli and finish cooking together.
- 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the walnuts without any oil for about 3 minutes. Then remove them from the pan and chop coarsely. Cut the feta into cubes.
- 3. Drain the penne and broccoli in a colander and then mix them in the pot with the walnuts, feta, olive oil, and chili. Season with salt and pepper and serve on plates.
