  1. 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and shake them dry. Cut off the hard ends. Wash the radishes as well and remove the ends. Wash the parsley and dill, shake them dry, and pluck off the coarse stems. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. Put the spring onions, herbs, and radishes into the mixing container. Chop them for 8 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down the sides with a spatula. Add the quark cheese and mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and the lemon juice. Pour the dip into a bowl.
  3. 3. Wash the broccoli. Cut or break it into approx. 2 cm florets and place them in the deep steam cooking insert. Pour 500 g of hot water into the mixing container. Place the steam insert on top, close the container, and steam the broccoli for 15 minutes on the steam setting. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and wash them. Cut them in half or quarters depending on their size.
  4. 4. Remove the steam insert after the cooking time and empty the mixing container. Put half of the steamed broccoli, breadcrumbs, flour, an egg, some salt, and pepper into the container. Chop the ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 5. Add the remaining broccoli and chop everything for 5 seconds on speed 4. Form 8 meatballs from the mixture.
  5. 5. Pour 500 g of water into the mixing container. Put the potatoes into the cooking insert and place it in the pot. Steam the potatoes for 25 minutes on the steam setting. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the meatballs on medium heat for approx. 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Remove the cooking insert after the cooking time and empty the mixing container. Put the cooked potatoes, milk, butter, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of nutmeg into the container. Puree the ingredients for 25 seconds on speed 3. Plate the broccoli meatballs with the mashed potatoes and spring cheese dip and serve. Enjoy your meal!
