  1. 1. Crumble the yeast into 100 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely.
  3. 3. Add 250 grams of flour, 150 grams of oat flakes, the yeast water, and the grated carrots to a bowl.
  4. 4. Add yogurt, oil, and salt to the bowl.
  5. 5. Knead the dough with a hand mixer and dough hooks until well combined.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  8. 8. Divide the dough into 7 equal pieces.
  9. 9. Shape each piece into a round bun.
  10. 10. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.
  11. 11. Arrange the buns so that they look like a flower.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the buns with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds as desired.
  13. 13. Bake the bun flower in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the bun flower from the oven and let it cool down.
