🍳 Crispy Bacon and Fried Egg on Buttered Buns

Ingredients
- oil 2 tbsp
- bacon 150 g
- eggs 4 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chives, fresh 20 g
- vine tomatoes 2 pcs
- rolls 4 pcs
- butter 1 tbsp
- Edamer sliced cheese 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 2. Fry the bacon until crispy for three to four minutes.
- 3. Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
- 4. Leave the pan with the cooking fat uncleaned.
- 5. Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan and heat it over low to medium heat.
- 6. Crack the eggs directly into the hot pan.
- 7. Let the eggs cook for five to six minutes until the whites are set.
- 8. Season the fried eggs with salt and pepper.
- 9. Wash the chives thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 10. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 11. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stems.
- 12. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
- 13. Slice the buns horizontally.
- 14. Spread the bun halves generously with butter.
- 15. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
- 16. Add two to three tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- 17. Distribute the crispy bacon evenly over the tomato slices.
- 18. Carefully place the cooked fried eggs on top of the bacon.
- 19. Sprinkle the fine chive rings over the eggs.
- 20. Cover the buns with the top half.
- 21. Plate the buns and serve them immediately.
