  1. 1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Fry the bacon until crispy for three to four minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
  4. 4. Leave the pan with the cooking fat uncleaned.
  5. 5. Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan and heat it over low to medium heat.
  6. 6. Crack the eggs directly into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Let the eggs cook for five to six minutes until the whites are set.
  8. 8. Season the fried eggs with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Wash the chives thoroughly and pat them dry.
  10. 10. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  11. 11. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stems.
  12. 12. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
  13. 13. Slice the buns horizontally.
  14. 14. Spread the bun halves generously with butter.
  15. 15. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
  16. 16. Add two to three tomato slices on top of the cheese.
  17. 17. Distribute the crispy bacon evenly over the tomato slices.
  18. 18. Carefully place the cooked fried eggs on top of the bacon.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the fine chive rings over the eggs.
  20. 20. Cover the buns with the top half.
  21. 21. Plate the buns and serve them immediately.
