🍰 Bread-and-Butter-Pudding with Cherries

Ingredients
- cherries, fresh 200 g
- butter 60 g
- brown sugar 3 tbsp
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- milk rolls 4 pcs
- eggs 2 pcs
- milk 100 ml
- whipping cream 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Place the cherries in a sieve and let them drain. In a bowl, mix soft butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and cinnamon. Cut the bread lengthwise into 3-4 slices and spread the cinnamon butter on them.
- 2. Grease 4 small baking dishes with butter. Layer the bread and cherries in the dishes.
- 3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, and remaining sugar. Pour the mixture over the bread slices and let it sit for 5 minutes. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Serve hot or slightly cooled.
