🍰 Bride and Groom Cake Pops

Ingredients
- gingerbread 450 g
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- butter 50 g
- white chocolate coating 500 g
- sugar pearls 20 g
- dark chocolate coating 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
- 2. Add cream cheese and soft butter.
- 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 4. Form small balls from the mixture.
- 5. Insert each ball onto a wooden stick.
- 6. Place the sticks in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- 7. Bring approx. 500 ml of water to a boil in a pot.
- 8. Roughly chop the white chocolate.
- 9. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over the hot water (bain-marie).
- 10. Dip the cake pops into the white chocolate.
- 11. Let the excess chocolate drip off.
- 12. Decorate half of the pops with sugar pearls.
- 13. Place the pops on styrofoam.
- 14. Chill the pops in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- 15. Bring approx. 500 ml of water to a boil in a pot again.
- 16. Roughly chop the dark chocolate.
- 17. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over the hot water.
- 18. Dip the undecorated cake pops halfway into the dark chocolate.
- 19. Ensure a triangle remains visible in the center.
- 20. Let the pops dry for 5 minutes.
- 21. Turn the pops around.
- 22. Dip the other side into the chocolate as well.
- 23. The result should resemble a suit jacket neckline.
- 24. Put the remaining dark chocolate into a freezer bag.
- 25. Cut a small corner off the bag.
- 26. Paint buttons and a bow tie onto the jacket.
- 27. Let the decoration dry completely.
- 28. Serve the cake pops and enjoy!
