🍽️ Grilled Bratwursts with Warm Potato Salad

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly firm 1 kg
- salt pinch
- oil 3 tbsp
- spring onions 2 bunches
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- dill, fresh 10 g
- balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- sweet mustard 1 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- honey 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- grill sausages 6 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with water and add some salt.
- 2. Bring the water to a boil and add the potatoes.
- 3. Cook the potatoes under a lid on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- 4. Drain the water and let the potatoes steam dry for a moment.
- 5. Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters depending on their size.
- 6. Place the potatoes in a bowl and mix them with 1 tablespoon of oil.
- 7. Wash the spring onions and shake them dry.
- 8. Trim the root ends of the spring onions thinly and halve them lengthwise.
- 9. Wash the parsley and dill and shake them dry.
- 10. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them roughly.
- 11. Whisk 2 tablespoons of oil with vinegar, sweet mustard, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- 12. Finally, season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 13. Fold the chopped herbs into the dressing.
- 14. Preheat your grill.
- 15. Place the bratwursts and the potatoes on the grill.
- 16. Grill the bratwursts and potatoes for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
- 17. Add the spring onions and grill them for another 3 minutes.
- 18. Remove everything from the grill and place it on a plate.
- 19. Cut the bratwursts into bite-sized pieces.
- 20. Gently mix the potatoes, spring onions, and bratwurst pieces with the dressing in the bowl.
- 21. Season the salad with salt to taste once more.
- 22. Serve the bratwursts with the grilled potato salad.
