  1. 1. Fill a pot with water and add some salt.
  2. 2. Bring the water to a boil and add the potatoes.
  3. 3. Cook the potatoes under a lid on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Drain the water and let the potatoes steam dry for a moment.
  5. 5. Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters depending on their size.
  6. 6. Place the potatoes in a bowl and mix them with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions and shake them dry.
  8. 8. Trim the root ends of the spring onions thinly and halve them lengthwise.
  9. 9. Wash the parsley and dill and shake them dry.
  10. 10. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them roughly.
  11. 11. Whisk 2 tablespoons of oil with vinegar, sweet mustard, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  12. 12. Finally, season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. 13. Fold the chopped herbs into the dressing.
  14. 14. Preheat your grill.
  15. 15. Place the bratwursts and the potatoes on the grill.
  16. 16. Grill the bratwursts and potatoes for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
  17. 17. Add the spring onions and grill them for another 3 minutes.
  18. 18. Remove everything from the grill and place it on a plate.
  19. 19. Cut the bratwursts into bite-sized pieces.
  20. 20. Gently mix the potatoes, spring onions, and bratwurst pieces with the dressing in the bowl.
  21. 21. Season the salad with salt to taste once more.
  22. 22. Serve the bratwursts with the grilled potato salad.
