  2. 2. Wash the radishes thoroughly and trim off the ends.
  3. 3. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Add vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to a pot.
  5. 5. Warm the mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  6. 6. Add the onion rings and radish slices to the liquid.
  7. 7. Set the bowl with the vegetables aside to let them pickle.
  8. 8. Wash the parsley and shake off the excess water.
  9. 9. Pluck the parsley leaves off the stems.
  10. 10. Roughly chop the parsley leaves.
  11. 11. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and sweet mustard to a bowl.
  12. 12. Mix the sauces together with the chopped parsley.
  13. 13. Season the mustard cream to taste with salt and pepper.
