  9. 9. Slice the carrots and parsnips diagonally.
  10. 10. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  11. 11. Halve the bell peppers.
  12. 12. Remove the core and seeds from the bell peppers.
  13. 13. Cut the bell peppers into small diamond shapes.
  14. 14. Slice the bratwursts into rounds.
  15. 15. Wash the parsley.
  16. 16. Dry the parsley.
  17. 17. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  18. 18. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  19. 19. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat.
  20. 20. Fry the bratwurst slices for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
