🍽️ Wok Rice with Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients
- long-grain rice 300 g
- salt pinch
- spring onions 1 bunch
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- bell pepper, red 1 pc.
- spinach leaves 250 g
- broccoli 1 pc.
- beef fillet steaks 600 g
- eggs 2 pc.
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sunflower oil 4 tbsp
- chili, ground pinch
- soy sauce 3 tbsp
- parsley, fresh 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Put the rice into a pot.
- 2. Pour about 700 milliliters of salted water over it.
- 3. Bring the water to a boil.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low.
- 5. Cover the pot.
- 6. Let the rice steam for about 12 minutes.
- 7. Wash the spring onions.
- 8. Dry them off.
- 9. Cut off the root ends.
- 10. Slice the spring onions into rings.
- 11. Peel the garlic.
- 12. Finely chop the garlic.
- 13. Wash the bell pepper.
- 14. Remove the stem and seeds.
- 15. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 16. Wash the spinach.
- 17. Wash the broccoli.
- 18. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 19. Wash the meat.
- 20. Pat the meat dry.
- 21. Slice the meat into thin strips.
- 22. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 23. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- 24. Whisk the mixture well.
- 25. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
- 26. Set the heat to medium-high.
- 27. Fry a thin omelette.
- 28. Remove the omelette from the pan.
- 29. Roll up the omelette.
- 30. Slice it into strips.
- 31. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan or wok.
- 32. Set the heat to high.
- 33. Sear the beef quickly.
- 34. Fry the meat for about 3 minutes.
- 35. Add the spring onions.
- 36. Add the garlic.
- 37. Sauté the ingredients briefly.
- 38. Season with salt.
- 39. Season with chili.
- 40. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- 41. Remove the mixture from the pan.
- 42. Keep the mixture warm.
- 43. Heat another 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan.
- 44. Fry the bell pepper.
- 45. Fry the broccoli.
- 46. Fry the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
- 47. Add the spinach.
- 48. Sauté the spinach for about 2 minutes.
- 49. Season with chili.
- 50. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- 51. Keep the vegetable mixture warm.
- 52. Fry the rice in the remaining oil.
- 53. Fry the rice for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- 54. Wash the parsley.
- 55. Dry the parsley.
- 56. Finely chop the parsley.
- 57. Add the meat to the rice.
- 58. Add the vegetables to the rice.
- 59. Warm everything through briefly.
- 60. Adjust seasoning with chili.
- 61. Adjust seasoning with soy sauce.
- 62. Garnish the rice with the omelette strips.
- 63. Garnish the rice with the herbs.
