- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Grilled peppers, green, grill and bake 400 g
- Sea salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Sauté the bell peppers for about 4 minutes until the skin starts to blister.
- 2. Remove the Padrón peppers from the oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and serve immediately.
