🍽️ Fried Potatoes with Bean-Tomato-Vegetable and Feta

Ingredients
- Potatoes, mainly waxy 1 kg
- Green beans 500 g
- Onions, yellow 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes 500 g
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oregano, dried pinch
- Vegetable broth 300 ml
- feta 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash potatoes thoroughly, peel and cut into cubes. Clean beans and remove ends. Halve onions, peel and cut into thin rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse tomatoes.
- 2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Fry potato cubes in it for about 7 minutes until golden brown. Add onions and garlic and fry for another 2 minutes.
- 3. Add beans to the pan and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. If necessary, mix vegetable broth and pour over the vegetables. Cover everything and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 4. After about 5 minutes, add tomatoes to the vegetables and finish cooking. Season the fried potatoes with the bean-tomato vegetables and plate. Crumble feta over the vegetables and serve. Enjoy your meal!
