  1. 1. Wash potatoes thoroughly, peel and cut into cubes. Clean beans and remove ends. Halve onions, peel and cut into thin rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse tomatoes.
  2. 2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Fry potato cubes in it for about 7 minutes until golden brown. Add onions and garlic and fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add beans to the pan and fry for about 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. If necessary, mix vegetable broth and pour over the vegetables. Cover everything and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. After about 5 minutes, add tomatoes to the vegetables and finish cooking. Season the fried potatoes with the bean-tomato vegetables and plate. Crumble feta over the vegetables and serve. Enjoy your meal!
