  1. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
  3. 3. Slice the apple pieces into thin slices.
  4. 4. Slice the marzipan into thin slices as well.
  5. 5. Distribute the apple and marzipan slices evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. Place the tray in the freezer compartment for 5 hours.
  7. 7. Put the sugar into the mixing container.
  8. 8. Process the sugar with the measuring cup for 10 seconds on the turbo setting to make powdered sugar.
  9. 9. Add the cinnamon and the frozen apple and marzipan slices.
  10. 10. Puree the mixture for 50 seconds on level 9 until it forms a fine mass.
  11. 11. Stir in the raisins.
  12. 12. Gently fold in the raisins for 5 seconds on level 5.
  13. 13. Fill the sorbet into chilled bowls or glasses.
  14. 14. Serve the dessert immediately.
