🍰 Creamy Baked Apple Sorbet with Marzipan

Ingredients
- red apples 300 g
- marzipan raw mass 100 g
- sugar 75 g
- cinnamon pinch
- raisins 25 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
- 3. Slice the apple pieces into thin slices.
- 4. Slice the marzipan into thin slices as well.
- 5. Distribute the apple and marzipan slices evenly on a baking sheet.
- 6. Place the tray in the freezer compartment for 5 hours.
- 7. Put the sugar into the mixing container.
- 8. Process the sugar with the measuring cup for 10 seconds on the turbo setting to make powdered sugar.
- 9. Add the cinnamon and the frozen apple and marzipan slices.
- 10. Puree the mixture for 50 seconds on level 9 until it forms a fine mass.
- 11. Stir in the raisins.
- 12. Gently fold in the raisins for 5 seconds on level 5.
- 13. Fill the sorbet into chilled bowls or glasses.
- 14. Serve the dessert immediately.
