🥤 Homemade Roasted Apple Liqueur

Ingredients
- Apples, red 2 pcs
- Brown sugar 100 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 packet
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- Apple juice 300 ml
- Water 300 ml
- Brown rum 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
- 2. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 3. Place the apple pieces, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon into the mixing container.
- 4. Chop the ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 8.
- 5. Pour the apple juice and water into the apple mixture.
- 6. Bring the mixture to a boil on setting 1 at 100 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- 7. Add the rum to the warm mixture.
- 8. Puree everything for 30 seconds on speed 8.
- 9. Rinse two bottles (500 milliliters each) with hot water.
- 10. Fill the liqueur into the bottles using a funnel.
- 11. Seal the bottles tightly immediately.
- 12. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator until serving.
