  1. 1. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
  2. 2. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  3. 3. Place the apple pieces, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon into the mixing container.
  4. 4. Chop the ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 8.
  5. 5. Pour the apple juice and water into the apple mixture.
  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil on setting 1 at 100 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the rum to the warm mixture.
  8. 8. Puree everything for 30 seconds on speed 8.
  9. 9. Rinse two bottles (500 milliliters each) with hot water.
  10. 10. Fill the liqueur into the bottles using a funnel.
  11. 11. Seal the bottles tightly immediately.
  12. 12. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator until serving.
